The raw materials should be housed in a dry environment equipped with an efficient ventilation system to ensure desiccation of the raw materials.
The raw materials should be sorted and delivered in bales or compressed blocks.
DECENTRALIZED PLASTIC RECYCLING
FEEDING SYSTEM
The patented material feeding system allows for a continuous feeding of the plastic waste while excluding oxygen. The pre-shredded material is fed in fully automatically as required.
REACTOR
With the patented WASTX P2 reactor, multilayer packaging and contaminated plastics can also be treated. Due to the high temperatures, the solid hydrocarbon compounds of the plastics decompose and rise to the top in gaseous form, while the troublesome substances such as metals are discharged downwards.
AUTONOMOUS IN ENERGY
In a special multi-stage condensation process, the gaseous hydrocarbons are returned to their liquid phase. Approximately 85% of the incoming plastics can be recovered as recycled oil. 12% of the gases are used for electricity generation.
FULLY AUTOMATED
The intelligent control system of WASTX P2 Plastic ensures the highest standards of safety and ease of use. Manual operation is limited to a simple on/off button in daily use. Remote monitoring and predictive maintenance ensure the highest possible reliability of the installation.
REMOTE MONITORING
Each plant is equipped with an online, real-time monitoring tool that is visible to the customer. A SCADA system monitors performance, run times, downtime, malfunctioning parts, as well as throughput and production rates. On the basis of this data, to which all parties involved have access, the monthly licence fee, among other things, is calculated.
ONLY 3% RESIDUES
The waste material is transported via a cooling section into the lockable and sealed waste container. The contained metals can be sorted and the residual ash can be used for bitumen production, for example.
